He drew near to Jesus to kiss him, 48but Jesus said to him, “Judas, would you betray the Son of Man with a kiss?” 49And when those who were around him saw what would follow, they said, “Lord, shall we strike iwith the sword?” 50And one of them struck the servant ▼▼Greek bondservant
of the high priest and cut off his right ear. 51But Jesus said, “No more of this!” And he touched his ear and healed him. 52Then Jesus said to the chief priests and kofficers of the temple and elders, who had come out against him, “Have you come out as against a robber, with swords and clubs? 53When lI was with you day after day in the temple, you did not lay hands on me. But this is myour hour, and nthe power of darkness.” John 13:2

Jesus said to him, q“What you are going to do, do quickly.” 28Now no one at the table knew why he said this to him. 29Some thought that, rbecause Judas had the moneybag, Jesus was telling him, “Buy what we need sfor the feast,” or that he should tgive something to the poor. 30So, after receiving the morsel of bread, he immediately went out. uAnd it was night.Acts 1:16
16“Brothers, vthe Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke beforehand by the mouth of David concerning Judas, wwho became a guide to those who arrested Jesus.
